Outside Hinge!

It had to be done sooner or later, right? I've been working on this for a couple of months, trying to

come up with the best way to attach the hinge. I know it looks rough. The hinge has since

been polished up so it looks nice. This is also the first one I made so mistakes were made. It was a

learning process.

Case: H 02

Insert: E XIV

The Hinge was put together from three different Hinges. All parts from broken Zippos I've bought over

the years. Both sections had to be bent back into shape. It's not easy doing metal work on such

a small item. I will update the pix as soon as I can.
